About The Course

Set against the famous backdrop of Lake Rotorua, our special half marathon course for the 60th Anniversary gives a unique opportunity to run the back half of the iconic marathon course.

This point-to-point course will start at Whangamarino School near Okere Falls, travelling along State Highway 33 back to the finish line in the historic Government Gardens. For logistical reasons event transport to the half marathon start is included in the entry for all half marathon participants.
